Our products are unique for each client and are normally placed on our ftp server for download, password protected. The download link is sent in an email.

Product updates are placed for download on our ftp server, password protected.

Download can be done using a standard internet browser.

Shipments can be made by courier (DHL/TNT etc) for an additional fee of EUR 85.

Please ask us for ftp upload coordinates if you want to send us samples for evaluation.

Critical or sensitive information should be attached in password protected ZIP files.
